It's called chastisement. These parents failed on many different levels. They failed their daughter and themselves and now they must confess before the world and God, all there evil deeds. Who says God isn't just?

Kim you are the master of understatment:>) We could all understand an adulterous incident...this was a "lifestyle" not an error in judgement..it was not "unfaithfulness" ask ericokc..he said it was not adultery cause they did it together..

Of course, I am not saying evidence that has been formally entered in the trial complete with number, etc. Still, the prosecutor evidently displayed at least one graphic scene during his opening statement.

Did you not read where I said that I had NO evidence to propound that theory and was in fact only passing on a comment made early on by someone else?

My point about child sexual abuse is that it is distressingly common and committed every day by people whose acquantances would say, if that person was accused of it, no, I don't believe it. People here seem to think DW may have been falsely accused, in part, because he doesn’t have a prior record. Because of what I have learned from my job, I don’t find that significant. You, of course, are free to find otherwise.

As for who’s using their brain more, I guess we can all run off and get an MRI, so we can compare. I said I didn’t understand it, I didn’t say those people weren’t using their brains.

Isn't it odd that Brenda and Damon didn't have words over how "rude" he was being with Barara in the bed? I mean they just went straight to bed after their guests left...No argument? Weird people.

She stated that she 'did not know Barbara had gone upstairs'..DVD had said that Brenda had accompanied Barbara up to the bedroom...Brenda was asked if she remembered going up to the bathroom..she said no...again, DVD had said that Brenda had gone into the bathroom after accompanying Barbara up to the bedroom...

Yet DW is supposed to be super human and stop his sweat? I guess being questioned by police isn't a reason to be nervous. I get that nervous when I get pulled over.

One more thing do now sweat ..it makes you guilty

BTW there is a medical condition that causes excessive perspiration...my guess its if it becomes an issue they will address that

Not a crazy theory Amore. You may or may not recall that early on, SDPolice and Tijuana police surrounded a house in TJ as there were reports of a little blonde girl being held captive. Turned out the little girl was not Danielle, obviously.

Amazing..she is POSITIVE she did not dance with DW, yet "cannot remember" if she danced with his friend. Am I crazy, or in the PH, did she say she could not remember if she danced with DW? And now she is positive she did not?

Well, thumbnail sketch from my quick recollection: Brenda is at Dad's several days before the fateful night in question and so was DW. Then in next day or so Brenda and two of her kids go door-to-door GS cookie selling. While at DW's making a sale they engage in small talk (including the infamous "I have adult parties" talk) and he tells her he had seen Brenda and her girlfriends at Dad's and he'd like to meet Barbara (I think, instead of Denise---my memory). Brenda says next time (mentions maybe Fri night) they're there she'll introduce them.

Brenda has started with the excuses and alibi's in the 911 call about the open door, etc. I don't believe it!
