President Bush and First Lady Laura headed to the United States Military Academy at West Point to give the Commencement Speech. In this bicentennial graduation, Bush told West Point graduates that they must protect and preserve American freedom at a time when terrorism puts it in jeopardy. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Do you have these urges often? If you were homeschool mama, I'd tell you to shut up, Dork. But you're not, so I can't.
To: McLynnan
Not quite I teach music. His younger sibling is going into music/theater. Both are extremely nice kids.

When I think of all the burdens that man has to shoulder, the awesome decisions he has to make ...Isn't amazing what he has to bear? I cannot even imagine being able to maintain composure under the burdens and stresses he has to bear. He has held up so well through it all. And so many crosses yet to bear. We must pray for W!
Laura looks beautiful. She looks so delighted boarding that plane heading back home with W. Who can blame her?

In case someone came in late, and hasn't read kayak's post #70...here, READ IT (please).
To get serious for a moment ..... When I saw that first picture, I burst into tears. When I think of all the burdens that man has to shoulder, the awesome decisions he has to make ...... and all the vile stuff that's being thrown at him these days by enemies both near and far ..... including a number of people I would never have thought would be "the enemy" ..... well, it just overwhelmed me for a few minutes. The President needs our prayers more than ever! And our country needs our prayers! We are truly engaged in a spiritual battle and satan is pulling out some pretty heavy artillery. We MUST put on the whole armor of God and step into the battle.

The President needs our prayers more than ever! And our country needs our prayers! We are truly engaged in a spiritual battle and satan is pulling out some pretty heavy artillery. We MUST put on the whole armor of God and step into the battle. When thinking about what happened in November/December of 2000 and reflecting on what has unfolded since then it's really become clear what an intense spiritual battle was going on even back then. While being thankful for the outcome of the election battle it helps me take heart for the future.

You are right that we need to do some heavy duty praying. I think W draws strength from the knowledge that so many Americans pray for him and our country daily. We will win this battle because we have a focused leader, are determined, and refuse to live in fear as long as one of us is standing.

You never know. Don't they say music instruction aids in developing children's brains and making them smarter?
