Apparently the pool shooting teens had big plans.I wonder if those plans included prison.

Or the local juvenile detension facility until they are 21.

I certainly hope the parents' insurance company cancels their policy. This is just plain negligence. Could be that the folks wanted to remodel anyway.

Mistakes were made.
Since when do parents trust their home to a teen? And where were the neighbors? I heard on TV that Dean Martin ended his kids' party by going upstairs at 10 PM and phoning in a complaint to the police. "Those Martin kids are having a noisy party." That ended the party. He slept well.

At least the kid could have stayed to enjoy the party..what a doofus!

Or the insurance company may not honor the claim at all, is that possible?
To: codebreaker
A very young Tom Cruise before he became a star in Top Gun. I believe the woman opposite him is Rebecca de Mornay, if I'm not mistaken.
To: Chemnitz
Good idea! You would think the cops would catch on after a while..LOL
To: codebreaker
Rebecca de Mornay alright. I just watched Vanilla Sky and I was blown away by some of the stunts. It looked like a homage to those European surrealist movies and some of the scenes seemed to be right out of the 60s. And there's that Paul McCartney song that's also the title of the movie. Of course it just won't have worked without the eye candy of Penelope Cruz and Cameron Diaz.
To: goldstategop
Yes, she was many a young mans fantasy back then 'Rebecca De Hornay..'
She's probably raising a family now, although I did see Diane Lane (from the same era) in a few new movies, she is quite a middle aged babe now
To: codebreaker
Now that is a heck of party. All I had to deal with was explaining the presence of 150 red beer cups in the garbage... I thought I had thought of everything... Dang.
To: codebreaker
Uh huh. Every era will have its own share of recognizable babes. As long as they can act, who cares about their politics... ;-)
To: goldstategop
Cameron Diaz was really good in that movie she is supposed to be great in 'Gangs of New York' with Scorcese.
One thing from Vanilla Sky, were we supposed to think that Pelelope Cruz was some sort of prize catch for Cruise lead character? Ask 9 out of 10 guys and they would take Ms. Diaz in a heartbeat.

Could be that the folks wanted to remodel anywayGood grief. Yes, the well known insurance-fraud through teenager-kegger scam. I guess you got 'em!
To: HairOfTheDog
The kids reaction when he found out what happened..
To: HairOfTheDog
I've dealt with some of these insurance companies before, they very well might not honor the claim..
