Scanned the new Enquirer today. It's mostly speculation as well, but has three new facts that I noticed, seemingly from LE sources in DC:
1. Dried bodily fluids were found on the crotch area of her running tights.
2. Her hyoid bone was "damaged," but not broken, indicating death by strangulation/choking.
3. A baskin-robbins ice cream container was found off the side of the road between Klingle mansion and where the body was recovered.

Doubt if the ice cream container means anything. If memory serves, there's a Baskin-Robbins outlet a half a mile away on Connecticut Ave. That kind of garbage is extremely common in parks.

As for the "dried bodily fluids," I suspect a DNA test could determine whether they are Chandra's or those of any known suspect.

As for the damaged hyoid bone, I wonder why the ME didn't say that that indicated a probable cause of death.

2. Her hyoid bone was "damaged," but not broken, indicating death by strangulation/choking. Here is a thought. Remember registered picture of Gary with a pinky ring ? What if it wasn't hers but he wore it to cover up a healing scar ?
