The headline doesn't match the story. Shouldn't it say Defendant shoots deputy before being shot by bailiff?

Guilty.

How the hell did a defendent walk into a courtroom with a gun?
To: A. Morgan
Right on!!! Give the bailiff a custom engraved .45!

Made quick work of that matter before the state.

Not like he was a 95 yr. old grannie in a wheelchair!!!

Ok, I've just read the article and see that the defendent grabbed the gun from a bailiff. Not too smart to have a gun so close to a defendent in a courtroom that obviously wasn't secured too well.

I thought citzens weren't allowed to possess guns in the courthouse.

I understand the bailiff having a gun. But how in the heck did the defendant get a gun into a courtroom?
Any more details?

I thought citzens weren't allowed to possess guns in the courthouse. I guess the defendent here neglected to pay attention to that law.

Judge to Bailiff: "Nice shooting! Now get that POS outa mah courtroom!"

Sourced article is more detailed. Perp had just been found guilty, he reached over and grabbed a bailiff's gun and shot the deputy.
Point of confusion in the article, either another bailiff or another deputy shot and killed the 20-yr-old scumbag.
