He is the man in charge, but he is actually encouraging it with his 'they are just doing the work no one else will do' speeches - and his 'warm personal relationalship' with President Fox, and his 'guest worker' program.
His silence on the dangers of this is deafening. Do not give him a pass on this. He could do something about it. Instead he is pretending the only danger this country faces in in the far off Afghanistan. While our attention is being directed all the way around the world, we are being taken captive here.
Believe me - I am not letting him off the hook. I have said before that Bush didn't start the immigration problem but he can darn sure fix it. He doesn't have to call for any special legislation or anything like that. All he has to do is enforce the Constitution and the laws of the United States that are already on the books.
If he can't do that then he is a traitor to America. Payback time comes in the 2004 elections!!
