James Ziglar cares more for the welfare of illegal invaders than for the safety and well being of American citizens. I'm touched by the INS' demonstration of compassion. Let' dispense with the silly beacons and just tear down the entire border fence and dismantle the Border Patrol. Its a waste of taxpayers' money if they won't enforce the laws to begin with.

Not to worry, if these are solar powered, then they have valuable storage batteries, solar panels and other components that some poor, underprivileged, but enterprising, ILLEGAL ALIEN will remove within the week.
