Freddie Prinze Jr. claims to be a Republican

Not everyone in Hollywood loves Hillary. During an appearance Monday night on NBC’s Tonight Show with Jay Leno, actor Freddie Prinze Jr. promised “I’m not voting for Hillary Clinton” because “I’m a Republican!”

Prinze’s comments came as fellow guest Bill O’Reilly of the Fox News Channel and Leno raised a potential presidential bid by Senator Clinton.

MRC analyst Patrick Gregory tracked down the exchange which occurred on the May 20 Tonight Show. Prinze was a guest to promote the new Scooby Doo movie in which he stars.

O’Reilly on Senator Clinton: “I think she’s got a constituency among unions, among minorities, and, because that’s who’s going to get the money that she takes from you, and I, and Freddie.”

Freddie Prinze, Jr.: “[unintelligible] take my money, wait a minute!”

O’Reilly: “Freddie, trust me, she’s taking your money.”

Prinze: “I’m not voting for Hillary Clinton!”

O’Reilly: “She’s coming to your house, gonna take your wallet right out of there-”

Prinze: “I’m a Republican!”

For more about Prinze, check the Internet Movie Database’s biography of him: http://us.imdb.com/Name?Prinze+Jr.,+Freddie

Not only have I never seen any of his movies, I’ve never even heard of most of them. I guess all the big stars are with Hillary.

How much will this hurt his career? BTW, I guess to Brent, Bruce Willis and John Malcovich (sp?) aren't big stars.

From the boyfriend of Sarah Michelle Gellar. I take she approves. :)

Well, if she joins him in those sentiments, that makes her very nearly perfect IMHO. -:)

Well he IS handsome. I can see how he would set women's hearts aflutter.

Well, I don't see it. The guy's a twig. Now, Bruce Willis, on the other hand...NOT a twig. :-)

Not if it were up to the hysterical lesbians who are furious that they killed off the gay character Tara.

I cheered when that happened. Well, almost. But the producers succeeded in turning one of the best shows in recent years into a disgusting lesbo-lovefest. (Yes, I'm 50-something and I watch it and have since my nephew, who works on the set turned me on to it in the second season.)

The lesbian love affair had absolutely no pivotal reason for being there except for the liberal, PC, diversity, Hollywood crowd to thumb their noses at the viewing public. I hung in there throughout the course of it, but I gagged through more than one lesbian love scene. If SMG is said to have a degree of creative control over the story line, I seriously question her so-called conservative Republican background.

Now I only hope Willow stays straight, or goes back to being straight, or. . . Oh why did they ever get rid of Oz! -:)

I thought it was mainly there from Joss Whedon's committment to porn ... er art.

You really should recognise that, just as there are two types of liberals with totally different politics, there are two types of lesbians.

One is the NOW solidarity with the sisterhood type, the other is the bloody-minded, individualistic type. (No prizes for guessing which is the officially recognised PC type)

BtVS cast member characterised by TV Guide as "ultraconservative". Translation: Liddy Dole supporting Republican.

Joss failed to recognize that, for leftist pressure groups, no good need goes unpunished. It wasn't enough that the Willow-Tara romance was presented as the only healthy, nurturing relationship on the show. It turns out--according to their lesbian fan base--that Joss had no right to kill Tara off. She wasn't a creation of Joss Whedon and Mutant Enemy, she was their property.

As I said in the other post, the W/T fans are now acting exactly like the Kathy Bates character in Misery.

It would not surprise me if Joss has Willow goes back to men this season, just to spite the harpies.

Anything but what went on with Willow the last two years. However, if the lesbo-wrath is as furious as you say, he may be under the gun to keep her on the lesbian side of the street.

Don't give these Hollywood types too much credit for being bold, fearless, idealistic and principled.

I never knew that Emma Caulfield was a Republican. That's another reason to like her. Whenever she is onscreen, even in the dreariest moments of Season 6, the show is entertaining and fun.
