The D.C. chief of police was on MSNBC just a few mintues ago. He said that her body was NOT found near any place anybody would jog.

Some parts of the Branch Rd trail are good for jogging - the women who were assaulted were jogging on that trail.

That is correct. Chandra's remains was not near a jogging trail. It was on a higher, rocky, rough terrain.

Yes, intersting. She was assaulted/killed in another area and the body was hidden here. In broad daylight, no witnesses? Hmmmmm. Not likely. The "serial assaulter" theory doesn't hold up. Much more likely that an arrangement had been planned and executed, and the body was dumped where it was found this week. Possibly after the infamous "search" of the park, wherein the illustrious DC "police" performed their best search effort, which revealed nothing (to be expected).
