More telling is that her walkman wasn't taken, suggesting a targeted murder, a serial attacker doing so for thrills, or her stumbling onto a situation(such as a drug deal) that gave someone a reason to risk killing her(perhaps even unintentional, as in a hasty reaction).
Question to all: Why were her remains found over a large area? Results of animals, erosion, or purposeful dismembering?
A better question would be, how did all those clothes get off of her and away from the body? More likely they were never on it in the first place, just dumped somewhere near it to make it look like an attack on a jogger.
This body was dumped there, Chandra would never have gone back in that area with anybody, not Gary, not at all, in her life time.
