LOL, as I have stated elsewhere, I think Hillary's style is like the political conventions of the 50's and early 60's where the singsong speeches were loud and bellowing, like the favorite son nominations from a state leader.
Hillary thinks she is pretty important, and why not? She got one of the choice offices in the Senate, one usually reserved for a more seasoned politician, not a junior Senator who usually has to take the leftovers.

I'm glad you noticed her voice! She also does it to sound more important, by drawing out each syllable and word. Most of us can't stand to hear her speeches, and unfortunately the sane ones tune out when we should probably listen so we can highlight her absurdities!

I've heard it said that she has the ability to mesmerize crowds with her manner of speaking. I think they go crazy actually, and can't accept that they sat still to listen to her! So, they become her new converts to hide their shame!

Maybe she has read Mein Kampf after all?
