Have you seen this?

"This woman is a pig." Very bad analogy. Pigs are highly intelligent creatures and I would suggest that they are considerably more loyal as well.

It would also be interesting to see who else got donations from Muslim groups on that day.
To: mhking
She should be thoroughly investigated in her ties to Muslims, both foreign and domestic, right now.

Thanks for the flag and yes, this info should be publicized. May be the thing that finally shuts her up.

"she's african" I will contribute to her return to Africa.

I wonder if she has the guts to go on O'Reily and defend this? Not only doesn't she have the guts, she doesn't have the brains either. O'Reilly would slice through her BS like a hot knife through butter.
But then, she would immediately play the race card, and claim that O'Reilly is after her because she is a "respected black African American elected official." And like all black elected officials, she is the subject of a witch hunt. [sigh]
I would love to see her on Alan Keyes' show. But she wouldn't dare go there, simply because her "racism" act couldn't fly there.

I believe that
opensecrets.org gleans its information directly from the
FEC (Federal Election Commission) files.
From the "Who We Are" link at OpenSecrets.org website:
The Center for Responsive Politics is a non-partisan, non-profit research group based in Washington, D.C. that tracks money in politics, and its effect on elections and public policy. The Center conducts computer-based research on campaign finance issues for the news media, academics, activists, and the public at large. The Centers work is aimed at creating a more educated voter, an involved citizenry, and a more responsive government.
Support for the Center comes from a combination of foundation grants and individual contributions. The Center accepts no contributions from businesses or labor unions. You can support the work of the Center directly by contributing through opensecrets.org.

The date of the donation is the date the money was received. Maybe since the offices were indeed closed, Cynthia had a great opportunity to work the phones, n'est-ce pas?!
To: aristeides
The congressional offices being closed, that is. She could have gone down the street from Capitol Hill to use any other phone to make fundraising calls on that day.

You're welcome. Let's see if Rush or Sean Hannity or Neal Boortz discuss this today! They should! Fox News should also!!!
DEMAND AN INVESTIGATION!
To: cgk
Mar-Jac Investments was among the 14 American Muslim organizations raided on 3/20/02. In addition, Mar-Jac Holdings and Mar-Jac Poultry (both co-owned firms) were also raided and their funds seized that day. Cynthia McKinney received a $500.00 donation from Mar-Jac president Yaqub Mirza on 9/11/01.Having fun playing "connect the dots" yet?
What do we have to do to get Ms. McKinney investigated (and not by someone who is going to use kid gloves because she is black)???

I find this disturbing. Well...I find the entire piece of information disturbing, but this really jumped out at me.
