Andres has been in a battle with an outrageous homeowner's association who has tried to stop him from flying the flag, has fined him $30,000, and is trying to foreclose on his home.

Andres will be on the show for the first half and will be followed by Dr. Paul Fick, author of THE DYSFUNCTIONAL PRESIDENT, who will tell us why our psychopathic impeached x42 will not get off the stage.

Re your post #4 - Doug, I hope you will ask George and/or his attorney, Barry, this question, which I mentioned on my thread about Gov. Bush: People here obviously do support George, and Gov. Bush CLEARLY is on his side -- so, why doesn't George's attorney countersue this homeowner's association, which is George's right under the new law signe dby Gov. Bush? Why does George's attorney think the one and only solution is a "pardon" or something by the governor, when (a) this is not a criminal matter, and (b) this is a civil matter, involving monetary damages. I honestly think Gov Bush went well BEYOND the call of duty here, having personally spoken with George, writing to all of us here at FR, and passing that law -- why isn't George's lawyer now using the new law's provision to sue to help George? Does George need a new lawyer???? (no offense to Barry, but I don't understand his reluctance to slam this homeowners association, which is NOW his right UNDER FL LAW). OK, well, that's my one question! :)

It will just be George on the show. And, yes, I think the homeowner's association is in deep trouble over this.

doug, I pinged you on several posts on that Jeb thread related ot this matter, because I am certain these posts will help George and make your show even better than I know it will be. George's lawyer has got to get on the stick here. I believe George will definately win -- all thanks to this new law, because it is both (a) retroactive, and (b) provides a remedy for the HOMEOWNER, as the HOMEOWNER can sue. Where is the appeal for George, and a counter lawsuit? These are docs that have time deadlines, so George's atty, Barry, needs to GET BUSY! :)
