ASHINGTON, May. 14--If the rapist husband could push the Violence Against Women Act even as he continued to commit violence against women, it should come as no surprise that the zipper-hoisted co-rapist wife (see: FREE REPUBLIC EXCLUSIVES DOCUMENT CLINTON RAPES / FINGER HILLARY CLINTON AS CO-RAPIST AIDER AND ABETTOR, VICTIMIZER ) would co-sponsor the Debbie Smith Act to fund rape-evidence collection in order to put all rapists in jail.

This sickening clinton scheme is predictable. The clintons' "infrastructure" handles the clintons' rapes no differently than it handles the clintons' utter failure. It simply instructs its clients to behave as though quite the opposite is the case. The clintons don't rape women; they honor them, protect them; the clintons were not the proximate cause of 9/11; they protected the country; stupid isn't what stupid does, Forrest Gump notwithstanding; the clintons are brilliant, successful.

The Debbie Smith Act will fund rape evidence collection and computerization of databases linked to underanalyzed DNA rape-kit evidence. It may even include extending the statute of limitations for rape.

Given the serial nature of rape, prudence dictates that the Ford Building evidence documenting the clintons' rapes be entered in those databases. And just in case any of the clintons' victims did retain the DNA evidence, they should be urged to present it to the authorities.

Hoist this zipper-hoisted fraud on her own petard, I say. Poetic justice will do...for now.

Help Put Rapists in Jail

Did you know that, nationwide, approximately 150,000 to 500,000 rapes have gone unpunished because the evidence is sitting on shelves, waiting to be analyzed? And to make matters worse, most emergency rooms donít have staff members who are properly trained to examine rape victims and collect DNA (genetic) evidence in the first place.

On average, it takes a year and a half to process DNA evidence and identify the rapist after a rape has been committed. That means the rapist has 18 more months during which to assault more women; the average rapist commits eight to 12 assaults.

Join us in our demand to have trained personnel collect and analyze evidence of sexual assault in a timely manner.

Senator Maria Cantwell and Representatives Carolyn Maloney and Mark Green along with their Congressional co-sponsors have introduced the bipartisan Debbie Smith Act to:

 

provide training for hospital examiners who deal with victims of sexual assault;

introduce standardized evidence-collection kits to speed up the processing of DNA evidence; and

require states to complete all DNA evidence testing within 10 days of receipt.

You're kidding,right? Beyond the obvious fact no cop is NYC is about to arrest him for anything,there is also the fact of his track record. What woman in her right mind would report him,given that he ALWAYS gets away with it,and the families of any who cross him ALWAYS end up getting threatened,and even have family pets killed.

Giuliani made a name for himself going after big fish. I wonder if Serpico thinks he did the right thing. There may be a hero out there who nails one or both Clintons, but it won't be easy. More likely, the Democrats will have to decide the Clintons cause more trouble than they're worth.
