Men are defined by how little time they spend thinking about themselves, and by how much time they spend thinking about others.
Personally, I try to think about Daisy Fuentes or Anna Nicole Smith as much as possible.
People who climb to the top of the career ladder tend to be riverboat gamblers. They take chances. They accept responsiblity and are willing to be accountable. They can also be very nice or nasty. But the guy others like almost, always gets the better jobs.
Success in all areas of life for those motivated to succceed involves just one skill. That is the ability to get others to do what they want them to do. The guy with that skill, can get the most attractive and desireable female to marry him. He can get the most demanding and obnoxious boss to promote him. He can get the biggest client to buy from him. He can get employees to work their bunns off for him.
It works for women too. Most females are born knowning how to get men to do what they want. Women always have more trouble with other women than men. A woman who is good at getting men to do what she wants done, flys to the top of the ladder in no time.
The key to getting other people to do what you want, is always in getting the person to want to do what you want done. A person who wants to do what the boss asks, will NOT think his boss is hard to get along with at all. He or she will label the boss as being very nice. Being a nice guy only ivolves one thing. It is the win win strategy. Doing what I want gets you what You want. Doing things to get what you want is rarely a problem for you. It boils down to always taking care of the people who help you achieve your goals and making sure that everyone knows that is exactly what you will do. That involves recognition, pay, respect, gratitude, and perks. It also involves getting rid or the born lazy goof offs.
Nice guys don't finish in the middle. They run damned near everything. Nice guys motivated to achieve success are always at the top.
If all it was, was expectation without a good reason, I wouldn't ever want to go home to that! ;-)
I always thought Kimmel would outgrow The Man Show...can't say the same for that smarmy, juvenile Adam Corolla. Real man, my *ss.
Yeah, Yeah....
I got what you need right here, psychologist Pepper.
