I have made a "Tribute Page", of sorts, to the Honor of Our Two "Fallen Freepers"
I'd like to share it, if I may.
It has been a "work in progress", over time in my spare moments.
I believe that I finally "got it right". At least I hope that I have.
You may "Click the Pics" for the links or simply click Here There is also another page "linked" to the Main page. For that Page Click here
Thank You And God Bless You

In the almost two years I have been here, believe it or not, this is my first post.
Gawd! I hope I do this right!

Thank you indeed! I was fortunate to know Barbara. We do a lot of things with Houston Republicans, and her sister is active up there. I got to meet Barbara at a party honoring her. She mixed and mingled with the crowd, talked to each of us for a long time, and then she was featured speaker for an hour or so. She was so petite, so tiny. She had on high heels, she was standing on a step, and I still towered over here. We had about four or five Barbaras there talking to her at the same time - it was a riot! She was just so warm, friendly, nice and genuine! I had her sign my copy of Hell to Pay and I treasure it. I got it out to re-read it lately, along with The Final Days... I think we NEED to refresh ourselves since Bill isn't goin away, and Hillary is here to stay!
Thank you for your tribute to BKO and BCM. I also lost another old friend in the World Trade Towers on 9-11. Tu Ahn Knobel, who had just had her first child a few weeks before that, and had only been back at work two days. She leaves behind the beautiful Vivienne and her husband who has recently had a cancerous kidney removed. He is in his fifties. God Bless Them All!
Just another Barbara

..... I also lost another old friend in the World Trade Towers on 9-11. Tu Ahn Knobel, who had just had her first child a few weeks before that, and had only been back at work two days. She leaves behind the beautiful Vivienne and her husband....
I also had other friends in those Towers that day.....I had never met any of the personally....but they were my friends even though I had only spoken with them by telephone.....
I'm sure you understand
Thank you for the kind compliment :)

Thank All of you very much for the kind words. I cannot express how much it means to me.
I just wish that I'd finished this months ago......I had to "find just the right format" to finish it.
I sent out emails and "Freepmails" asking for opinions.
BTW, That's why there are so many "hits" on the counter"
When I saw that, I figgerd..... "Hey, it's time to Post this.... People seem to Like it".
(Actually, I didn't think that I'd done anything out of the ordinary
There are many better tributes than this one, IMHO)
God Bless
To: Diver Dave

Thanks! We needed this.
To: Fiddlstix
Beautiful job. You know, you may regret that you didn't post it earlier, but it seems like we need reminders every once in a while, and this one is a sad but beautiful jog to our memories. Thanks so much.
To: Fiddlstix
What a beautiful job Fiddlstix. I'm amazed that this still brings tears to my eyes even after all this time. I doubt we're ever going to get over this.
To: Larry Lucido; Miss Marple
Thank you very much.....
As the saying goes, "God moves in mysterious ways...."
Perhaps my "timing" is "just as it shold be"
I'll leave that up to Him :)
God Bless
