Nick Jesson For President
Nick Jesson for Governor Campaign <e-mail> | 10 May 2002

Dear Fellow Citizens:

After receiving numerous calls and requests for me to run for President of our great United States of America, I have decided to officially declare my intention to do so. As you know, a tremendous obstacle for me in this past primary race for Governor of California was the unfair exclusionary tactics of the media and our Republican Party to prevent me from participating in the major debates. However, as a result of Ralph Nader’s lawsuit claiming the very same unfair tactics concerning the debates, legitimate candidates can no longer be excluded from the debates in the way I was excluded during the primary race.

I am looking for all of the support and feedback I can get from all of you who were so supportive of my bid for Governor of California. Of course we will need contributions from as many people as possible, and as many volunteers as we can get.

Please contact me with any questions, feedback, and whether you will be able to help with my campaign financially and/or as a volunteer.

May God Bless each and every one of you,

Nick Jesson

* This posting is not an endorsement of Mr. Jesson's candidacy by CCC

This past March, 19,287 (0.8%) voted for Mr. Jesson for Governor in the California Republican primary, so he has a bit of a hill to climb.

The Nader thing that's confusing is last I heard, Nader had settled his case with little more than an apology and an undisclosed cash payoff.
