Any drug store.
They are also used for car sickness, moring sickness and people undergoing chemo therapy.
It's just a elastic cloth band with a hard plastic ball.
The ball goes between the tendions of your wrist and applies pressure.
I'd be sick as a dog without them.
They work great plus no medication is needed.
