Good question, the last time I was in Manchester I stayed at a wonderful hotel that served what they called organic crumpets that were very low fat with gooseberry and loganberry preserves. They were quite good.

Oh yea I almost forgot the tea we had was a cinnamon and ginger peach and I had to buy me some before I left. The hostess had a giggle out of my reaction to the tea when I first tasted it. Man it was good!
