[WIBC News] - The Indiana State Police are investigating why a man killed in a car crash was carrying three identifications and four checkbooks with different names.

Police initially thought there were two occupants in the car that crashed late Sunday, killing Q. Naim Abdullah, 24, of Plainfield.

State police troopers and volunteer firefighters searched the high weeds and mud at the scene of the crash on Interstate 65 in southern Bartholomew County, but no one else was found.

Abdulla was traveling northbound at a high rate of speed, swerved to miss a tractor trailer and lost control, striking the median and rolling the vehicle several times, police said. He was not wearing a seat belt.

The FBI assisted in determining the correct identification of the driver and notifying the family.

Can you give me a little more info on this? It sounds a little confusing - were the Pakistanis employees? What kind of obstacle did they trip on? I have family in Gallatin & Nashville.

"Strike in the heart of America." ~ OBL

Would not surprise me at all if there is a huge nest of would-be terrorists in the heartland of the US. The attacks on NYC and DC might be a ruse to keep focus on big cities, when in fact, more damage could be done 'out in the middle of nowhere' where movement can go almost unnoticed.

Meanwhile across the United States grannies, women and children are bring frisked at airports for nailclippers! The alphabet agencies being paid by our taxdollars to protect our nation, are missing the forrest for the trees. I just wonder how many more American lives will eventually be sacrificed before our safety is taken seriously.

Americans view this type of behavior (multiple id's used for ruse and deception) as a crime. Old world muslims view deceit and cunning as a virtue. Seems the two views are irreconciliable. Therefore, I propose theft of identity be treated on par with first or second degree felony instead of the slap on the wrist it is treated with today. No need to make it a Federal crime. These losers can languish in local jails to keep costs down. Hell, even those boxcars they used in Afghanistan could be set up as temporary buildings.

Indianapolis Motor Speedway is but a few minutes away as well. A worldwide audience for the great American spectacle. With the total lack of security, it seems a pretty viable target. I went to the F1 race just after Sep 11 last year. I fully expected to see Nat'l Guard or at least a large presence of uniformed officers, but found nothing but elderly yellow shirts shaking down beer coolers. Pathetic.

OK - that's it - round 'em all up! It's time to get rid of 'em all. Stick 'em on the first thing flaming outbound. Delta's ready when you are? OK, I'm ready. Delta can take 'em back to Mecca or Paris or wherever they gotta go, but they gotta leave here.

I know we are supposed to be tolerant and kinder and gentler and all that stuff, but this is getting completely out of hand.

When I was growing up, the only thing we had to worry about as coming from Plainfield was the Klan. Now we gotta worry about Ahmed and Abdul and Osama and all his buddys?

Why are we waisting our time with all this playing nice-nice?

This looks like one of those "dramatic developments" in a Clancy novel. If so: there's a really big terrorist attack, and it's imminent!

Yep. Let's see - "Sum of All Fears" is due at the end of the month, and they left the bomb at the Super Bowl in (even though they changed the city, dammit!).

Where's my tinfoil?

'out in the middle of nowhere' where movement can go almost unnoticed.

Actually it's easier to hide in the urban areas, everyone seems to know each others business in the rural areas, and they (rural) notice more minute changes....

My wife went nuts a month after 9/11 when she saw a ton of Moose Limbs in a local northside Indianapolis coffee shop, talking on their cellphones in Arabic or some other filthy pig latin, day after day, all day.

The shop was run by a local neighbor lady, who was not a Moose Limb.

And Lo and Behold they were ratted out to the local FBI ratline.

Now they are gone, and there is a van outside without windows, parked by the coffee shop on many days.

Did you have similar behaviors exhibited in your locale?
