[history]
Gaza City -- In a startling move, the militant Islamic movement Hamas has accepted the terms of the Saudi peace proposal and is willing to stop attacks on Israel if it returns to pre-1967 borders, a Hamas spokesman told The Chronicle.

This was certainly unexpected. Not that I trust Hamas, but... it's possible.

They will have Israel in what they think is an indefensible position. The armies are already moving into position to strike.
I'm beginning to wonder if Bush is pushing this "piece plan" so that, when the musli strike, we can take out Iraq and Iran and the Israelis can increase their territory.

arafat should go back to his home - Egypt - but the Egyptians wont allow him to return to live.

Arabs will say anything you want to hear, then stab you in the back.
They wrote the book on treachery, it is a part of their nature and a part of their religion.
Liberals fall for it every time.

According to scripture prophacy, the anti-Christ gets Israel to sign a 7 year peace contract that has Israel giving up land for peace.
The contract also includes a form of military protection against outside attacks on Israel.
The contract only lasts 3.5 years, then Israel is attacked, and the anti-Christ does nothing but watch.
If this turns out to be that contract, Clinton was not the anti-christ as many thought. If this contract is signed, Clinton was the forerunner preparing the way with the Oslo Accords, or as scripture refers to it, the prophet that comes before.
This is something for the Christians to closely watch. The prophet, the anti-christ, and the apostate church. The apostate church will join with those who follow the anti-Christ.It's the unholy trinity.

Where in the bible did you get all this nonsense?
Please provide any scripture that can support your claim. Chapter, verse?

Of COURSE they'll accept the plan. The "right of return" portion GUARANTEES the destruction of Israel. What's not to like? (for Muzlims that is!)
To: Goldi-Lox
"postpone the right of return until later. "
Translation: We never give in. We only undermine their military forces during peace. If we pretend peace, we can catch them off guard, and force them to agree to the "right of return" and then we can annialate them totally - LATER.
Note: The Saudi Plan has as one of its main components the "right of return"...which is 100% NOT acceptable to Israel.

I'm sure since Hamas is financed by Saudi Arabia that they would be very happy to accept a peace plan that cuts Israel in half and assures their destruction.

>>So it is a generation that wants to practice living in peace and
postpone historical issuesPostpone until when? Until having a Palestinian state makes the military prospects more favorable?

The PLO's phased plan:
- Through the "armed struggle" (i.e., terrorism), to establish an "independent combatant national authority" over any territory that is "liberated" from Israeli rule. (Article 2)
- To continue the struggle against Israel, using the territory of the national authority as a base of operations. (Article 4)
- To provoke an all-out war in which Israel's Arab neighbors destroy it entirely ("liberate all Palestinian territory"). (Article 8)

The Jews do not need to worry about this. They will have free access and be welcomed to all religious sites. Oh, like they did when Jordan occupied Jerusalem from 1948-1967? Preposterous.
This is all part of a carefully choreographed plan by the Arabs. Israel will be fooled at its own peril. The Arabs tried again and again to destroy Israel by war and then "intifada" terrorism. Every forceful attempt failed. So now they understand that the best way to destroy Israel is with its own "permission", through accords, treaties and agreements which they have no intention of honoring, but on which they know that the Jew-hating U.N. will back them up all the way.
The State of Israel has never been at more risk that it is today. Caution, my Jewish friends. The beckoning voices of of "peace, peace" are just whisperings of Satan in the desert.

Problem is we allow Hamas to have a voice at all. These animals are terrorists, not a military of Government. They shouldn't be allowed to make any agreements they should be told "If you attack us with suicide bombers we are going to level the areas where you live"

While Palestinian negotiators in previous peace talks were willing to allow Israel to annex some settlements in the West Bank, Shanab said Hamas would not accept Israeli sovereignty over any of themThere's the poison pill, the "bill killer."
