Well, I wish Alec good luck, and I hope he has the patience needed to teach.

BTW, here is my favorite bumper sticker for Southampton University (and I am not making this up; I actually saw this on a car the last time I was in the Hamptons):

GET YOUR B.S. AT SOUTHAMPTON,
WHERE B.S. IS A WAY OF LIFE

"Well, I wish Alec good luck, and I hope he has the patience needed to teach."

Disagree.

I have NO patience, and I have always felt teachers require none of this adjective.

Rid education of the left NOW.

Otherwise the Left will rid us.

Summer, having Alec Baldwin teach any thing is like bringing a skunk to your dinner party. It's going to cause a fuss and stink up the place.

LOL....I think that is redunant for some people here, because as soon as they see Alec's name, well, you know how they feel!

Yeah, right. "Renaissance person."

I was under the impression that term referred to a 'well rounded' individual. Inasmuch as one could hold one's own in a variety of mental and physical contests.

Does the bloviator have any real skills, aside from playing pretend and insulting conservatives? Or, maybe to a Liberal, that's enough...

Oh, I strongly disagree with you there. Patience is an essential quality for teachers.

Darn it! The Headline should have read: " Baldwin to teach A Class. "

Not a bit of class in that fellow whatsoever.

Well, I wish Alec good luck

Here is where we disagree.

I am not trying to pick a fight by the way.

LOL...don't worry. I wish him luck as a teacher -- as I am a teacher too. I wish all teachers good luck. He'll need it! :)

Summmer,

I'm also a teacher.

BUMP to the best job in the world (but don't tell everyone).

And, Keep smiling,

Philip.

I thought the Republicans bought him a one way ticket to Montreal. You mean he didn't take it????

I guess he needs other hobbies since he can't beat up Kim Bassinger anymore.

Will LIU-Southampton be providing Alec any perks? Like a janitor's closet w/sink on campus to wash his face and brush his teeth in the morning? Heck, if the sink is big enough, he could bathe in it every couple of weeks.

I wish him luck in teaching, too. Too bad his dad is no longer alive to see his son following in his footsteps.

I was thinking about that too. This is something that his dad would probably have been very proud of. But, no one in Hollywood will really care. That's for sure.

"Dean James Larocca praised the 44-year-old actor as 'a true artist.'"

I hope that those students enjoy paying tuition to receive classes from this "true artist":

Should be a good class, titled - Alec Baldwin: "How I went from starring as Jack Ryan in a Tom Clancy movie, to becoming Mr. Conductor in "Thomas and the Magic Railroad, all the while turning Kim Bassenger into a Lesbian and becoming a moronic DNC shill!"

Actually, the story contains a glaring factual error:

It's NOT Southampton University. It's Southampton Institute of Technology, fondly referred to all in the area as "SHIT." (Their team cheers are PRICELESS!)

How appropriate for Baldwin to dispense his BS there.
