COURT RULED AGAINST

CIVIL & CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

On April 24, 2002, the Joshua Tree Division of the California Superior Court made a ruling that breached the constitutional and civil rights for the defendant, when they ordered him to remove his website www.WorthlessBMW.com. This website is dedicated to consumer complaints, the freedom of press, freedom of speech, freedom of information, and freedom of expression. The court will reconvene on May 31, 2002.
