no one is telling these girlies they can't wear thongs or short skirts. they are just saying you cannot wear them to a H.S. dance. get over it. there are rules in life, follow them or not, but there is no constitutional right to be bottomless at a HS dance!

Who cares if it's a constitutional right or not? The school has no right to dictate to you what kind of underwear you do. If I wear bright red bikini does that mean that I'm worse than the girl wearing the white granny panties?

the school has a right to enforce a dress code. otherwise you would have topless, see-through etc. attire etc. If girls are showing their butts, it is the perogative of the school to say you can't come to the dance dressed like that. life has rules, deal with it. that is what it means to be a grownup.
