Guam and the PI are sure good liberty. But the PI is under strict orders not to permit the old LBFM trade to start up again, and our troops on libert are tightly chaperoned.

(I am sure that would prevent us from getting loose "on the economy....LOL)

NO LBFM"S ?!?!?!?!?? NO WAY ! WOW !!......I guess the show on canal street in Nogales or Patapong Road (the original Patapong road) in Bangkok are the last vestage of the partying grunt, swabbie and wingnutted GI's..........

Build it, and they will come. A military base and LBFMs, that is. It'd take years, make that decades, to get back the old Subic/Clark infrastructure of debauchery, though.
