Rape or medical evidence that your child is going to be born deformed is the only two reasons I even consider abortion a possible solution to an ugly, heart wrenching difficulty. If a woman is so troubled by the reminder of the rape that is growing in her stomach that she is considering suicide, then I agree abortion is necessary. I do not want the AMA experimenting with deformed human babies in hopes that they can get more government money, our money, to further this type of reseach. The AMA is not concerned with the health of the patient, this I know for a fact, just look at their pain medication policies. They are constantly searching for new avenues to gather funds to increase their power base. This is their one goal and only goal.

Okay...but what about the woman who aborted her baby then changed her life? Is there any consideration or kindness for her? Or even though she changed her life, your view of her remains harsh?

Not trying to cause friction, B4...just wanting to understand where you're coming from. Thanks.

Aw, come on. That's way too harsh of a statement. Have you ever done any volunteer work at a CPC???? Have you ever talked to (listened to crying, I should say) of a woman who can NOT forgive herself, even though she's asked God for forgiveness and He's forgiven her?

Let me equate this to being a parent. I don't know if you are or not...Let's say my kid does something absolutely HORRID!!! He pays his dues, he asks for forgiveness, and he turns away from that behavior. What? Am I to go through the rest of my life wishing ill upon him???? That is NOT how God works. If you don't believe in God, use the above example. Same thing.

You know, a LOT of women who have abortions have been HORRIBLY MISLED by the abortion industry. I've read of accounts where the PARENTS take their teenage daughters in, demanding she have one. What about her? Due to her age and parental pressure, you hope she gets breast cancer?

Compassion, let's win them over, one at a time with compassion.
