Daschle Says U.S. Must Support Israel

Get a load of this article with Dash-hole, severely in 'moonwalk' mode, trying to tell pro-Israel groups that he and the Dems will support Israel. After all the pro-Palestinian rallies and rabble-rousing, he's making himself look like an ass, just like Gore did today.

Exactamente, senor!
Daschle is being told that the Republican Party is making inroads into the Jewish base vote. On CNN's late edition, he told Wolf Blitzer that we shouldn't go after Saddam until after Afghanistan was wrapped up and Usama was in custody.
In other words, he doesn't want another triumph under Bush's belt. Stupid, stupid, stupid! There isn't a Jew in this country who doesn't know what Saddam won't do with a bomb if he gets the chance to take out Tel-Aviv. This clown is making another mistake. Good for him, and good for us.
Be Seeing You,
Chris

Yep. I caught a little Sunday shout show and LIEberman was asked that very question. His lying eyes betrayed the words from his lying lips. Let us hope more Jewish voters see the light. Gotta run...

Ha Ha Ha! Every time he opens his mouth he creates more conservatives. All we have to do is get them to the polls to vote.

That kind of money makes a peace agreement all the more important.

The title is typically deceptive. By Douchel ( kudos to the wordsmith!) and the NYT using the word "Insist", it implies that the Bush administration is not supporting Israel, but if Tom Douchel has his way,by golly, we will start supporting Israel. Would anyone buy a used car from Tom Douchel?

I like it! A refreshing term! It reminds me of a rainy spring day or one of those commercials where you never quite know what they're selling. When I see one of those feminine protection commercials, I prefer to think of it as a chartreuse flamethrower.
To: dalebert
It is important to all except Arafat and his support.

i believe that most of the foreign aid to israel is spent within out borders for weaponry and med supplies and the like, freeing up their monies for other things like palestinian targets.... i may be wrong, but i believe i am not, if anyone has information, i would appreciate it.

Thanks fellas. I thought my hearing was going when I heard 10 million a day... I certainly don't envy people in Israel, being surrounded by terrorist countries, but I also hope that someday they will be more self-supporting. American taxpayers can't pay for everything, but I guess we are anyway, it sure feels like it. I agree somewhat that some of the elites in power don't want the problem solved.

Think of it this way. In a multi trillion dollar economy we are currently spending upwards of 300 billion for defense. Israel gets about 4 billion in aid and spends much of that buying tech and weapons from US companies. Israel gets a first rate military, offensive and defensive capability and in return we, the US, gets a forward base in an area of utmost strategic importance to us and they man it with Israelis, not Americans.
Pretty good deal if you ask me.

Polls are looking up for the pubbies in this regard....I wish it were true, but American Jews are the most masochistic group in the world. They fawn all over Hildebeast every time she kisses Arafat's a@@ and derides everything Jewish. I get nauseated each time I see them bend over for the Klintoons, or any of the dimocRatic party leadership. They NEVER see though the anti Jewish bias of the Klintoons. Sadly, I don't see any of them wising up to this BS!!!!

If we give them the money and then they buy, let's say, jet fighters, why don't we just cut out the middle-man and give them the jet fighters. Are those free? Would anyone in the audience like to make a product for free and give it to a foreign government?
To: hawaiian
OOooooooooooooooooooooh, the 'HOLE taking a
real brave stand there, lining up right behind George W. Bush.
Get a life, dash-hole....you're not calling the shots in foreign policy. The President has that job, and you're not the President, no matter what little DICK Gephardt might tell you.
