BEITUNIYA, West Bank (AP) -- The Palestinian security chief in the West Bank said Monday he will not resume security coordination with Israel after Israeli troops trashed his headquarters.

Such coordination is a key component of U.S.-backed plans for bringing about a truce and guiding the two sides back to peace talks.
