I met Sammy Hagar and got an autograph at a RockNRoll exposition in Dallas about 3 weeks ago. Sammy was very cool, in great shape and does not look anywhere close to his 54 years of age.
This will be a good concert, when I saw Dave with Bad Co in 1999 his vocals were solid, and showmanship was just as good and crazy as ever. Dave can still get about 4 feet of air in a spin-kick.
Eddie Van Halen will hopefully get it together soon, word is his health is on the rebound, but he needs a singer. I always thought he should have snagged Sebastian Bach from Skid Row. His venture with Gary Cherone of Extreme would have been alot better except they pushed Gary to sound just luck Sammy on EVERY FRIGGIN SONG! Cherone is actually a very good vocalist.

No Sh!T, I had Sammy sign my Montrose album...He freaked out that I still had it....and brought it....He said,"Thats an old album man." I replied "Im an old man man." He said "Hell I guess I am too." he was very cool.

Thats what I will do as well if it happens, I wear it pretty short anyway, used to be "Hair Farmer" back in the day though. Speaking of... Axl Rose of Guns n Roses started losing his hair and ended up getting a badly botched hair transplant that resulted in some hideous scars. Now he is always wearing that scarf on his head. Whats the point?
