It sounds to me like "Kentucky Militia fugitive Steve Anderson" is the shooter (alleged) and there seems to be some sort of news blackout about his identity. An article above says that Anderson belonged to a motorcycle club. Or, it could be one of his 'brother' club members.

So it may have been a militia nut. Unfortunately soon some disgusting idiots will be on here praising Anderson as some anti-WOD hero, whose arrest means the end of freedom, but happy that they have one less 'jack-booted thug' to deal with.
