We Can't Get Along Without Saudi Oil

Since Sept. 11 there has been growing skepticism toward the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, both as an ally that does not share our goals and values and as the key supplier of oil. To reinforce this position, some critics have maintained that we will soon not need Saudi oil, and that the kingdom's role of supplier of last resort can be replaced by a new energy colossus, Russia. This reasoning is essentially flawed and could bring disaster if followed to its logical consequences.

Hey Sand Princes: can you drink oil? LOL.

A handful of JDAMs and they would have no fresh water at all, don't they know that?

Or for denialbility, covert teams could do it as you suggest.

You build a windmill for yourself. Oil is no longer a requirement for electrical power and is practically phased out.(although, many plant can use it, they don't!) Every plant I have been to uses natural gas. We are loaded with it!

I just saw a post that said that natural gas is dwindling much faster than expected. Since we have dumped oil and are dumping oil and only a psycho wants nukes, we have been building natural gas fired plants as fast as we can. So in the winter what would you rather have, TV or heat?

We use what ever fuel is in vogue at the time. When gas and oil are out coal will be back in. Imagine all those Harleys and Camrays burning coalgas? The Germans did it in WWII. Ultimately, we will go for wind power, you'll see.

With the polar cap melting, an "Arctic Alliance" may be a reality sooner than many might think.

Saudi Arabia can't get along without American dollars.

Who ever rules Saudi Arabia is going to sell the oil. Sometimes you'd think they were giving it to us.

This is Saudi sponsored propaganda for the beltway "elite."

The article is a fraud, for one, it does not represent the oil in Central Asia and Azerbaijan. Ridiculous.

I suggest you read up on the evidence that the supplies of natural gas are more than abundant. The supply/demand equasion was caught off guard by a sudden increase in demand due to ecological regulation and a lack of nuclear plants. They have allready caught up and will find much more if needed. The data is there! Read it.

Well, just because someone posted an article saying that the natural gas supply was declining doesn't mean I believe it. It is just a believable possibility. Whatever the supply is it is a finite resource. Better to start perfecting renewable energy now.

Realistically, the Saudis have only 20 good years of oil left, before they start to have to look deeper into deposits. This is one reason why the U.S. is already looking at oil potential out in the Stan's of former Russia. We know by 2025, we will have to bargain with them. And Saudi Arabia will be a poor cousin, with no oil, and probably no cash. We can say bye to Iran and Iraq too, they will be out of cash by then too.

Washington Compost is another left wing maggot infested fish wrap under the influence of Opecker Petro $'s. Their job 24/7 is to push the enviral lines re not to drill and that oil is bad. Then, they must push this Bravo Sierra to maintain or increase our dependence of the Opecker Oil!

When do left wing mediots like this one lie to America/Americans to support the Opecker Princes?

Desperate times call for extraordinary measures. At some point, the most powerful country in the world simply goes and takes what they need.

We Can't Get Along Without Saudi Oil

Let the entire OPEC shut us off. It will only put pressure on the politicians to re-open the American oil fields.

BIG hardships for a few years but much better off in the long run.

Plus the added bonus: We Saudis Can't Get Along Without Saudi American Oil Money.

Better to start perfecting renewable energy now.

The energy needed can only come from a cold fusion type of technology. We are working on it. Anti-matter is another possibility. It will come to pass and likely in the nick of time.
