" I worked very hard to secure $ 20 billion for the cleaning and rebuilding of the city...""

She can't even name what it was to be used for.

She just can't stop lying.

Rev. Al Sharpton has a plan to force the federal government to spend more

Gotta love those dems.

They just don't realize that the federal government has no money,it's our frickin money!

Or maybe they do.

"We're going after government agencies and Madison Avenue firms that receive government contracts for non-compliance under the RICO act," Sharpton said. "This executive order signed by the president has not been rescinded."

"I worked very hard to secure $20 billion for the rebuilding and cleanup of the city, and I'm going to do everything I can to try to make sure that a fair share of that is directed to minority- and women-owned firms and to make sure that there is an opportunity to participate in what should be a collective effort to rebuild the city and to sell the city beyond our borders," Clinton said.

This afternoon there was a thread running about how Hillary would reconcile Pimp Al's political desires with her own. Apparently for now, she appears willing to kiss Big Al's butt. It will be interesting to see how she separates herself from him in the future. Unless she doesn't plan to, and this is a prelude to Clinton/Sharpton in 2004.

The fun is just beginning, the slogans ought to be priceless...
The lawyer and the liar, can you tell the difference?
Hillary/Sharpton, "She's the DJ, I'm the rapper!
From each according to his ability, to each according to OUR needs!
Even our party is scared!

And let's steal one from Billy Martin "One's a born liar, the other one's convicted!"

Well, the solution is simple. Organize a boycott of all "minority-owned media" if this goes through.

After all, that's what would be done to so-called "white-owned media" (really any media owned by a public company), right?

" I worked very hard to secure $ 20 billion for the cleaning and rebuilding of the city..."

She and Schumer walked into the Oval Office and could not utter three words before Bush said, "New York will get the money."

She is nothing but a liar.

Sharpton is angry at President Bush for what he says is non-compliance with an executive order signed by President Clinton...

I love it!

Rev. Al Sharpton has a plan to force the federal government to spend more advertising dollars in minority-owned media

Ok, so let me get this straight, the feds are giving free money to minority (read black) owned businesses simply b/c of their skin color? And now, Sharpton is going to force the feds to give up more free money? This could be the biggest shakedown of all.

Please don't give my tax money to these advertising outlets - I would rather keep that tax money for myself or my local community.

Actually, all you did was ask for 10 billion and before you could finish your sentence Bush gave you 20 billion.
