Daddy Bill Clinton took his daughter and her beau, the pride of Belvedere Ca., Ian Klaus, around the new Tate Modern Art Gallery in London last week.
Says a conviently placed Londoner to a London paper, 'President Clinton seemed comfortable with Ian and glad that his daughter found a decent man.'
The trio toured the galleries with the rest of the public, but with a security detail of 12
Bubba bought drinks for the young couple.
Chelsea and Ian, who met at a rally of students at Oxford post-9/11, are expected to announce their engagement by June
In case you are wondering, Klaus's parents, the eminent and respectable Robin and Patricia of Belvedere, are both longtime Democrats.

Whoever does the wedding, better get the money upfront. Clintons don't have to pay their bills.

Do you think CNN will carry the wedding live? It could be just like Princess Diana.

That's a tough one, we may have to go to a specialty Wedding store to buy 'used tuxes' (with the price tags on them, of course) that could not be repaired from the night before.
The only was to properly honor XXX-42 on the day he gives Webb Hubbels daughter away..

I about hurled myself the first time someone said that CNN would make Mr. Ed 'the new Princess Diana.'

It could be just like Princess Diana. At the typical Clinton/Blythe wedding (or I guess I should say untypical) the wedding departure train of automobiles is very slow....in fact there is a cause for this we could rememdy. I say we take up a collection and get them a second set of jumper cables....you, know them El Caminos are getting really old.

Not to worry, Vernon Jordan will handle the deposits because that is all the money they are going to squeeze from the Grifters.
To: Miss Marple
I think Oprah and Rosie are kind of "iffy".......both of them have made statements recently about not approving of some things the Clintons did.
OTOH, Tina Brown for SURE.

We must dress up for this occasion, demonstrating our superior taste and decorum. Precisely. Remember how shocked the people were in Charlotte when the GOP "protesters" had matching shoes and bags?

Besure to get matching blue thongs. It is really tacky to have the wrong color of thongs at a wedding party. How do you know that huh?? I am telling Grandma..and Miss Marple who was put in charge of protocol

Good thing Mrs. Klaus is a horse breeder and stable owner.

Cant forget the astroturf in the El Camino for the wedding getaway... and the obligatory honeymoon in the Ozarks or Hot Springs.

There you have it, a perfect match.

Say, Bo...wouldn't you find yourself in better company if you went over to the Democratic Underground? They have regular prayer meetings to worship all the Clintons.
Howlin, I can't say I can make it, but it would be on my number one "to do" list if I had a choice.
The LIEbrary will be ready for Chelsea and Hubbie and new little Clinton grand--baby. "Baby Frizzy...Curly Hair"..
