Ramallah, 7 April: The Israeli occupation forces arrested Maj-Gen Abd-al-Hay Abd-al-Wahid, head of the Palestinian Civil Defence Department in the West Bank, this morning.

Eyewitnesses said the Israeli occupation forces led Maj-Gen Abd-al-Wahid to an unknown destination.
