Live from Crawford, Texas, it's the George and Tony show.
Will George slap Bill and Yasser around again like he did last night? Will Tony come off as George's toy poodle? Will the press be their usual boorish selves ? Is Helen Thomas there ?
The answer to these and other questions will be answered at Noon eastern time.

Call me old fashioned but I think business should be conducted in business attire. Press conferences are business, especially if any other world leader is involved. But my opinion and a dollar will get me 20 minutes of long distance.

I think that President Bush and PM Blair have no choice but, to "advise" Israel to withdraw
I agree in a certain sense. Bush and Blair have no right to tell a leader of State (Sharon) how to lead his country. The unspoken tone of the Bush message is that Sharon had better comply or suffer the consequences. These consequences could ostensibly come from another Arab nation, or in the form of reduced support from the US. There are three or four Arab nations straining straining at the bit and will watch Sharon's actions very carefully. Bush knows this. Blair knows this and Sharon is learning real quick despite his stubborness. His continued stubborness can only lead to more support for Palestine from those Arab nations. Less support for Sharon from Bush and Blair. Or both.

That news conference was about setting the stage to invade Iraq. The news conference was about a NWO to destroy our American individual rights, liberties and freedoms.

I notice that President Bush, ever the gracious host, wore a coat and tie so as not to make Blair look like a dweeb. Wow! I'm impressed. I knew there was a reason I voted for Bush.
This is enough for me to forgive him for signing the unconstitutional CFR bill.
To heck with the Bill of Rights.... the man knows how to dress and how to make his friends feel comfortable.

I'm looking forward to Bush unrolling a large Wanted Dead or Alive poster of Saddam as he announces the move on Saddam has begun. Of course Bush will be dresses in Cowboy attire with a six shooter straped to his hip.

The US public health service is seriously discussing mass vaccinations for small pox as soon as the vaccines are available in enough quantity, That is, by some time this summer.
Given the iron clad bureaucratic resistance they have been displaying in the past on this issue, it suggests to me that both they and Blair have been given some hard core irrefutable evidence as to the nature of the threat.
Blair was probably told that, even though the US and Britain were the closest of allies, and the US has the monopoly on available small pox vaccine. Britain would be behind Mexico in terms of small pox vaccine distribution.
Simple geography means that tens of millions of Mexicans can get to the USA looking for vaccine and medical treatment in the event of a global small pox outbreak while shutting off air service to Britain isolates it from the USA.

Jeez -- can't you give it a rest puh-leeeze !!
--I've read so many of these off-topic CFR/bash Bush comments here lately (usually from the same 4 or 5 posters) -- we KNOW you don't like it -- you've made your point (over and over again) -- but it has NOTHING to do with this current thread -- I'm sick of hearing it ! (I may have been willing to discuss your point of view a few days ago--now you're just a bore)
Stay on Topic !

I'll take the GWB approach to your sarcasm and just say...
Welcome Home - I think you made the right decision, Mulder."

It's only a 10 mile pullback, and can be reversed in less than 24 hrs if necessary. At what cost in the lives of IDF soldiers, and both Israeli and Palestinian civlians?

Don't you just love giving your hard earned money to a government war machine that intends to make you a slave?
Rhetorically, probably so.
