Kearny, New Jersey used to have a large Scottish population. Although you are more likely to hear Portuguese than the Scottish Burr, you can still find Haggis in local foodstores.

Ummm. You may not feel too welcome at Rocky Sullivan's if you're a Scottish Protestant- That's an IRA sympathizer's pub and where the New York Glasgow Celtic Supporters watch the matches.

Running on a pain in my shin for 10 months.

Discovered it was a stress fracture of the tibia.

I'm tired of telling the whole story, so read the blog entry. Check the tagline and scroll down.

I just named my new bull calf Tartan. Does that count?

Couple of newbies showed up at the local beekeeper meeting last weekend wearing kilts. It was mentioned that kilts might not be the best attire for beekeepers.
