You can call the state bar association and ask them if they will give you any info on these judges or if they can tell you where to find out any info. If you know any attorneys our courthouse workers, ask them their opinion. If you can find out nothing about these judges, my advice would be to leave that part of your ballot blank.

What about pinging some Arkansas freepers? Have you been to the Arkansas page? All their names are there.

Remember this:

Judge Rules Clinton Library
Construction Can Continue

A judge ruled November 13 against a Little Rock real estate developer seeking to block the city from taking 2.9 acres of land he owns to complete the 27.7-acre Clinton Presidential Library site.

Eugene Pfeifer III’s lawsuit contended that Arkansas eminent-domain law does not include a library among the reasons why the government may demand property in exchange for just compensation. However, Chancery Court Judge Vann Smith found that the land is being taken for “an urban park in downtown Little Rock that will include the William J. Clinton Presidential Library Complex,” the Associated Press reported November 14. “The court finds that an acceptable use of the park can include structures such as a library, educational facilities, archives, and other similar structures.”

Although Skip Rutherford, coordinator of the privately funded library project said that the ruling “means we can move forward,” Pfeifer told the November 16 Little Rock Arkansas Democrat-Gazette that he planned to appeal his case.

One strike against Judge Vann Smith...

Judge Joyce Williams Warren is a classic modern liberal, quoting the phrase, "it takes a whole village to raise a child," in one of her opinion pieces, and making statements like "children don't manufacture guns." SO??? She may be well-intentioned and not necessarily corrupt, but she obviously thinks that government interference is the answer to the ills of our society, from what I've seen from her own keyboard.

The link below has a story on Clinton's disbarment. Leon Johnson is a Republican appointee. I don't necessarily vote for Repubs these days, but if they're a Democrat or a Clinton/Tucker appointee, vote against them. Piazza is bad news, and a Democrat. He has helped to attack the Duffeys as they tried to find out who murdered their son and his friend ("train deaths"). Throw the bum out!

Disbarment story here, with clues to the characters of a few of these judges.
