The environmental group said it hoped to pressure the EPA to start consulting with the Fish and Wildlife Service...Aren't the folks at Fish and Wildlife Service the same ones who planted Canadian Lynx fur in order to prohibit humans from entering "their" area?
Wonder if they have any spare red legged frog parts laying around.

Geez!, between the Spotted Owl, the Red Legged Frog and the Desert Tortoise guess we are all going to have to leave the state.
On another thread Dog Gone put up a note that it is possible that the population of California could be as high as 72,000,000 by 2050!
That is if the , frogs, owls, and tortosies don't stop us from multiplying!

According to my father, former right-of-way agent for the US Forest Service, the federal government owns 72% of the land in California.
