Thank God Bush buried this particular bit of stupidity. We've got way more important things to worry about at the moment than who is going to buy or sell these stupid credits.

Russia has oil and bioreserves. Sell the oil and the emission credits, package deal. You want our oil, Tovarisch? You need our emission credits as well.
