So, We should spend valuable time on Iraq, While more innocent people lose their lives? Yes, because Iraq is the nuclear threat. Iraq is the country that can support Al-Q'aeda's efforts to obtain and import a nuclear weapon to the United States. We need to go after the other side's most important assets first.
And we need Iraq as a base to operate against Iran.

This sounds like swatting at bee hive. It looked like a good idea but after the bees come out you quickly change your mind. If another attack occurs on US soil Arafat can kiss his shakey Ringo Starr looking behind good bye. My guess it that one morning he'll wake up dead.

Don't appear to be any Palistinian civilians...They're all in one terrorist faction or another and the little ones are being schooled as we speak...
A little action over here in the U.S. will not surprise me at all...But assuming there's a bright side to every calamity, just look at all of the target practice the hundreds of thousands of American deerhunters will get prior to hunting season...

So, We should spend valuable time on Iraq, While more innocent people lose their lives?I was a little set back by this Iraq attack but it recently occurred to me that Iraq could and may attack Israel at any time, especially since they are #1 on our hit list...
This could set the stage for an all out attack on Israel so I now see the advantage of making the first and decisive strike against Sadam Insane...That may keep the other Arab countries in check while giving Israel the freedom to take care of what it has to...
If you know there is going to be a fight anyway, the one that throws the first punch definately has the advantage...

Infinite JusticePresident Bush had it right the first time.
May the LORD God of Israel stand by the United States and Israel and whatever righteous remain on the earth in these last days.

You are an Islamic terrorist sympathizer, if not supporter.

they'll find out, like Saddam's troops, what the full fury of the United States military can be ... they don't know the meaning of war ... it would be quick, decisive and lethal beyond their wildest dreams ... after 5 decades of building through the cold war, the USA can throw more than rocks ...

Excerpt from American Jihad:
Emerson shows how the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas has grown an extensive network in the United States, how the group Islamic Jihad set up shop at the University of South Florida, and how an Islamic center in Tucson helped recruit two of Osama bin Laden's top deputies.

Because Syria, unlike Iraq, will actually fight back. We will sustain losses as great as WWII in the next war over there I am afraid! Plus, they will let loose all the 'terror' cells here.
To: RaceBannon
No, Syria would fold like a cardboard box. The question is Iran, would they like durring their war with Iraq just send un armed boys infront of their troops to act as "shields"?

Where has Arafat stashed his wife and young daughter?

IMHO it's geography. Iraq is nicely centered in the "arab" world...and we already have the "no-fly" zones in place. I agree. Iraq is the lynchpin to the entire region. After we've defeated Iraq, we will be forced to occupy it for a while. Just picking up and leaving like we did last time isn't going to be an option. But that's good. Once we own Iraq, we can move buttloads of military in there and we'll have Iran in the nutcracker- US Forces staging out of Afghanistan and Iraq. Plus we'd be in a better position to be a menace to Syria from the sea (the Med) and Iraq's border.
We need to take Iraq and Saddam. The real nutters in Iran etc who haven't figured out yet that we're dead serious will wake up and smell the coffee then.

Why did Muslims take offense to "Infinite Justice"? That doesn't sound anti-Islamic or anything.

Where has Arafat stashed his wife and young daughter? There have been rumors that Arafat is actually a homosexual and that his wife was just giving him cover. (They'll chop your head off in the Arab world if you're gay.)

Good analysis... I didn't know how to explain it properly. Thanks for taking-up-the-slack!
