Rule of thumb: People who are satisfied don't waste time on betas, no matter the product. So opinions on betas are usually skewed to the dissatisfied who want change.

A corollary to the "Squeaky Wheel" theorem!! Very true in this instance.

Some cool changes, but WAY to busy. Semper_libertas is right on his thread, my eyes wonder all over the page. You may want to consider giving certain items more prominence with larger or different fonts and grouping similar items closer. One sidebar is a benefit...one on each side is a distraction, IMHO.

Remember, most people have 5 - 10 web sites they regularly visit due to time constraints. If a site is difficult to read or too complex to navigate, they will go elsewhere. New readers may not come back, guys.
