I hate that march of de feet! This winter's fishing has either been great or the agony of de feet marching back to my Bronco with less flies, leaders/tippets and zero hook ups. Some days have been so bad, that I have actually welcomed the strike of a slimey bottom dwelling sucker fish.
Then a few days later, I have come back to the same stream, stood by the same rock, used the same flies, made the same casts and had a great day. I sometimes wonder if we produce a pherome that attracts fish or one that repells fish.
I possess the repelling type of pheramone. Still waiting for weekend angling reports. I've been told that the lake is full of boats.
