EL CAJON, Calif. -- El Cajon education officials have rejected a discrimination claim filed by a parent who argued his daughter should not have to share restrooms or dressing areas with lesbian students.
Trustees of the Grossmont Union High School District agreed Wednesday to accept a report that determined there had been no discrimination against Paul Scott's daughter.
Scott filed a complaint last month alleging discrimination and intolerance by "not addressing a very clear right of privacy violation" that required the girl to share facilities with homosexual students and staff.
Trustee Ted Crooks said that there were no allegations that students or staff made sexual advances to other students in restrooms.
Superintendent Granger Ward said that it would be illegal to implement Scott's demand for separate restrooms and locker rooms for students and staff who are or are perceived to be gay or lesbian.
"We do not see a resolution that he finds acceptable that is legal and appropriate," Ward told the San Diego Union-Tribune.
The trustees said that once Scott is officially notified in writting of their decision, he has 15 days to appeal to the state Department of Education.
This wouldn't be so hard if we would just do what we should do and start helping those with Same-sex Attraction Disorder rather than enabling them.

My wedding band is kind of loose, and I would lose it in the pool. So, I can't figure out how to both appear straight and married and ward these guys off.
Consequently, I don't swim. I don't like being hit on naked.
I will say one thing on this particular subject. I read an editorial in World Magazine once that talked about how the author and a friend went into a "gay" (SAD really) bar without realizing that's what it was. He said that the looks he received as he left made him regret the way he used to look at women. He had never before know what it was like to be treated as a piece of meat rather than as a human being. I guess you know too.
As for advice - try wrapping some first-aid tape around the ring before you swim. Be warned, though. The queers may not really care.

A pansy who lived in Khartoum
Took a lesbian up to his room
Where they argued all night
Over who had the right
To do what, and with which, and to whom.
I remember a poster like that that was popular in the '70s. It wasn't for dykes, though, but for feminists. That was before (but not much before) feminazis.

Let the gay men gym teachers do it?

Why? So some crazed Pali can blow up the lesbian girls in their restroom while pretending to fight for a homeland that never existed against an oppressor who has never asked for anything but peace in 50 years?
Oops - sorry, this isn't a middle east thread.
For all my Jewish friends - Next year in Jerusalem!

Scoozi --- but, haven't the feminazis always pushed (at least concerning male behavior in the workplace) that merely "creating an uncomfortable atmosphere" was all that was needed to create a sexual harrassment suit?
This would mean there should not only be urinals for lesbians you need to accomodate the other 15 genders too in order to be fair. Gay mens power-rooms are part of the great sex/gender awakening. You'll need to have special trans-gendered urinals that are horizontal to the wall -- in case the sex change operation -- hasn't been done yet.
Logic? You want logic? This is Californicateia. We don't need no steeenken logic!
How the liberals can talk out of both sides of their mouths and the backs of their heads without the tops falling off is beyond me. And don't get me started on what's coming out of their rectums at the same time.
Shalom.
I would sure hate to be the one responsible for making sure that only people who are actually of the appropriate gender actually walk into the correct restroom. That could make me toss my cookies.
On the other hand, maybe it's time to become a plumbing contractor. Or, at least to buy stock in American Standard.
Shalom.
