An Arabic newspaper said Wednesday it has recieved an email claiming to be from Osama Bin Laden, attacking a Saudi peace plan for the Middile East and urging the regions Muslims to revolt against their leaders.
Abdel Bari Atwan, editor of the London- based al-Quds al Arabi newspaper, who met Bin Laden in 1996, told Reuters the email was 'most likely' genuine.
Atwan said it conformed to the style and language of other statements his newspaper had recieved in the past for Bin Laden and his Al Qaeda group.

Looks like Syria, Iran and Iraq want to go against the big boys.
And Bin Ladens brother said that he had contacted his mother about 4 weeks ago according to the Rueters report.

Followers of Islame are chronic liars so this means he is undoubtably dead.

Could be an e-mail from Hell.
To: germanicus
And he hails the 'Battle of New York...'
this is just playing to the Arab street hoping Syria and Iran will throw in with Iraq.
To: codebreaker
They don't mention the postscript to this e-mail which my usually reliable sources inform me reads:
"P.S. Elvis says hello."
To: germanicus
I heard his
new email address was:
binladen@hell.com

Barbara Streisand.
After disappearing for FOUR MONTHS while the US turned the al-Qaida into bonemeal in eastern Afghanistan, and when his last appearance made him look like he was dying, he proves he's still alive with an EMAIL?

Really. Aren't e-mails traceable?
If Osama Bin Laden uses AOL, can we put Ted Turner and the rest of them in jail for giving comfort to terrorists?

You guys are sooooooooooo gullible it's sickening... you guys give Bin Laden so little credit it's sad... it's better for him or his followers to maintain ambiguity at all costs.. if he's alive then he keeps it for the sake of keeping the americans at odds whether to chase every shadow of is or not.. and if he's dead then it plays right into the hands of the media.. OHHH is Osama gonna get caught.. OHHHHH where is Osama now... OHHHHH Bush why haven't you killed him yet.. blah blah blah... It's really quite brillant on the part of those little terrorists if you think about it.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if his email address is something very straightforward such as OBinLaden@aol.com, or OsamaBL@aol.com. It's amazing how many well-known people have their own names as email addresses (with aol, of course) -- because no on thinks it would be so obvious.
