redford had his eyes done
I think he's had some work done too. He was much more wrinklier before. He looked like one of those bloodhounds with all the extra skin.

Correction. She WAS the best looking woman until she freaked out. Scary... Sandra Bullock, anyone?
To: Hillarys Gate Cult
Great quote!
To: RummyChick
Did anyone else notice how NK was glarring at HB? Kinda like a mad cat.
To: Jewels1091
I must be the only one on the planet that couldn't care less about the oscars! I'm with ya! I find all that self-congratulatory Hollyweird stuff boring. I avoid awards shows in general.
To: ozaukeemom
Okay... the fact that I like Halle Berry must be some kind of fascination I have with "people of color" instead of liking her as an actor... yep that's it... MAJOR LOSS OF POINTS on her part for turning this into a race thing... though, sadly, I should have expected it I guess.
To: StarFan
That speech is worse than Sally Field's "You like me, you really like me" But being pc, no one will make fun of it like they did Sally's speech. That might be considered racist......gag me
To: Lazarus Long
He looked bad in his 50's.
To: Jhensy
I don't know about you, but I'm gonna have trouble going to sleep tonight thinking about those 74 years of black leading actresses denied. And another thing, ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
To: all
Is there a "Making Marines" on the Discovery Channel live thread?
To: eddie willers
Yep. Whatever happened to being gracious? All that was missing from her speech was "Down with Whitey!"
To: Mo1
Next predictions: Denzel will win, then LotR will win best picture (although I wouldn't be surprised to see MR win- ack)
To: Torie
No argument. Nice genes wherever they came from. I just get tired of people singling out one strand of their ancestry and fixating on it while ignoring the others. Frankly, I can't understand ancestry fixation in general.
To: TexasNative2000
I think you're probably right, she's quite striking.

Mixed ethnicity people are usually the most beautiful! (I happen to know, because I'm mixed race) ;-)

Agreed......Halle is beautiful... and I think it is something special to be the first black woman to receive an Oscar.........I think she was truly crying...
To: Dec31,1999
Dude, lay off the Daquiri's. Now it's just getting embarrassing for you.
To: StarFan
I thought Gwyneth won the "sag" award!
