This was the first in depth account of all of the 30 some cell calls made from the Flight 93. Why is the government keeping it under wraps?

Because the plane was actually shot down before the passengers did anything(or was shot down anyway). I suspect that the timeline of the phone calls and what was said would probably support this. Debris doesn't end up eight miles away from a crash. Its better to make the sheeple think "Heroes" took the plane down than admit we did the right thing and shot it down. I understand why they downed it, and many people would, but the government is not to the point where they will admit we will kill our own.

Yup, and there were accounts of people on the road that saw smoke coming from the plane.

More likely that one of the terrorists set off a bomb.

In fact, several of the phone calls describe something that looked like a bomb on one of the hijackers.

OTOH, there's no evidence of any kind that the plane was shot down.

I got a sick feeling that Flight 93 was shot down also and I have a sick feeling that is why the US Gov. will not release any information pertaining to the black box and other voice recorders. Even if the plane was ordered shot down, we had to do something to protect other American lives. But, for now anyways, this is only speculation.

If the plane was shot down, why wouldn't the government take credit for getting at least one thing done right?

Who would have looked at the WTC and the Pentagon and faulted the government for that action?
