Enough is Enough....The UN has got to go.

Every day now, we hear of more extreme power grabs against the sovereignty of not only our nation, but nations all over the planet. Here in the US, few are aware of the onslaught against our rights - from land ownership, gun ownership, or even the protections granted to us by our Constitution. Environmentalists have teamed up with the statists in an attempt to dismantle our nation from within and without.

Now, in nearly all instances other than CFR and Mexican immigration, we have a President who is sticking up for our rights as Americans - a President that believes in the Bill of Rights. Linked here in the Free Republic site is an organization that is working to restore our nation to the Constitutional Republic of years past - as it should be. (VetsCor) What I'd like to know is if anyone in here has any ideas on how to organize into a group to work for the dissolution of the UN or to convince our President that this nation should revoke our member status as well as remove them from our nation's shores. I know that there are lots of humorous comments that could be made on this subject, but I'm being serious this time - what's it going to take to get us the hell out of the UN???

But what about world peace? Don't we need the UN to impose peace in troubled areas? After all, Kofi Annan is the current recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, isn't he? Shouldn't we trust the UN to guarantee world peace?

Schlesinger had taken to the pages of the flagship journal of the Council on Foreign Relations to vindicate the dubious proposition that the United Nations military represents the thin blue line dividing peaceful civilization from savagery - in short, our planetary police.
But what happens when the planetary police run amok and become the agents of bloodshed? When local police abuse their power, the abused have avenues of redress. From what body can those abused by the planetary police seek justice? The escalating scandal of unpunished atrocities committed by UN "peacekeepers" illustrates that the planetary police are beyond accountability.
