If he was scared when he captured at the prison, he would have said he did NOT support the bombings of the WTC. But he said he supported them. He's a true believer and we should take him at his word. Not his lawyer's word later.

Lindh’s lawyers say that all of the information they seek will demonstrate the “highly coercive
conditions under which the interrogations upon which the government relies took place.” ....not to mention the highly coercive actions which took place on 9/11......
