If Andrea was a pyromaniac and Rusty left her at home, with matches and gasoline, he would be just as involved, as if he left a seriously psychotic woman alone with 5 little kids. Roy Black, Wm Kennedy Smith's lawyer, said on CNN yesterday, that Rusty graduated summa cum laude from Auburn( he claimed last week,that he didn't even know what the word psychosis meant, until recently) and his claims of ignorance are not credible. He warned him about suing, as his role and behavior would be investigated. If Rusty had been sobbing his eyes out, wailing for his dead children, blaming himself for not realizing how much peril his kids were in- we would understand.
