Watching Sen Nickles pm Fox now..he's a good man, right on the issues, but not articulate enough to be Majority leader...Lott's got to go, but who will replace him?....Breaux comunicated better why Pickering should have been sent up for a vote than Nickles....I'm not not Don, he's just not an effective, articulate public speaker...
BTW, what the heck was Anderson thinking in hiring Stanleyt Brand, Dem pit bull extraordinaire, to be their attorney..The administrations people in Justice must enjoy slamming doors in his face...

And not a word about Roger Clinton's confession yesterday that he took kickbacks from foreign countries for Bubba. Must not have happened, really, eh ?
To: ken5050
Did you see that cartoon that Tony showed from some CA newspaper that was pulled?? It was regarding the Pickering hearings. It showed Judge Pickering being lynched by people in KKK outfits. I did not get to see it closely but I think there were ten of them and they might have names on the sheets.
Anyone got a copy of that cartoon???

Where did you hear about Roger Clinton confessing to taking money?
To: mware
Maybe we can get Sen. Byrd to stand up and give us a two hour history lesson.
From what I understand he is more than qualified.
;-)
To: Not gonna take it anymore
I think that was in a FBI report just released.

Daschle must have been the little kid at school that was too short and too slow to ever be picked for sports and was never popular. Well, he now has his much too long 15 minutes of fame and power due to Jim Jeffords. And he's showing all those that thought he was too short and too slow that he is still too short and too slow.
